Directions:

1. Add 1/4 cup of Imeyin herbal juice to your coffee mug
2. boil drinking water in a stove
3. pour boiled water into your coffee mug
4. drink mixture in an empty stomach first thing in the morning, 60 minutes or more before any food. (Best to sip the drink until lunch time)
